Payments and Deposits

We accept cash, debit/credit cards. We also accept by prior agreement
BACS payments. Please note your booking may be subject to additional
waiting time and or car parking charges. Please ask for details.

Refund Policy

Seaports and Airport Bookings

If you are not at the prearranged meeting point we will do our best to
contact you. If we cannot contact you and you fail to contact us after a
period of 1 hour we will void the booking but you will be liable for the
full fare.

All other Pick ups (Non Airports)

Failure to appear at the designated time or pick up point within 15
minutes will void the contract and any monies paid to Southwest
Chauffeur Hire Ltd will be non refundable.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel less than 24hrs (but more than 6 hrs) prior to a booking
you will be liable for a £50 cancellation fee or the full cost of the
booking whichever is the lesser amount.

If you cancel less than 6 hours prior to a booking you will be liable
for the full cost of the fare.

If you cancel MORE than 24 hours prior to a booking any deposit will be
returned to you subject to a £20 administration fee.

 

Waiting Charges Policy

Airport/Seaports

If contact is made within 1hr of your flight landing/docking time but
you exceed your 1hr allowance, waiting charges will be applicable as
follows. £15 up to 30mins.

Non-Airport Journeys

If contact is made within 15 mins. Waiting charges are charged at £15 up to 30mins.
